DMCA Notice & Takedown Policy
NudeProtocol (“we,” “our,” “us”) respects the intellectual-property rights of others and expects users to do the same. Pursuant to the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (“DMCA”), we will respond promptly to claims of copyright infringement.
How to File a Notice
To submit a good-faith DMCA notice, email dmca@nudeprotocol.site with the following:
- Your full name and electronic signature.
- Identification of the copyrighted work.
- The exact URL(s) of the allegedly infringing material.
- Your contact information (email and phone).
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the material is not authorized.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information you provide is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized agent.
Counter-Notification
If you believe material was removed in error, you may send a counter-notification containing:
- Your name, address, phone, and electronic signature.
- The URLs of content we removed.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake.
Repeat Infringers
Accounts posting infringing content repeatedly will be terminated.
